Why I Created This Blog

To make a long story short, my husband likes to eat healthy. Over the last few years I have modified recipes to make them "healthier". I have had some successes and some failures. Now that I am a stay-at-home mom I am hoping to spend more time with our experimenting and eventually come up with a large variety of healthy meals, as well as treats.

I decided to start a blog as a place to store my successes, and then I decided I might as well open it up to anyone who wants to eat the "Wright" way. (yes, Wright is our last name.)

I will be adding recipes as well as other healthy tips. However please don’t take anything I say on this site for a fact… I have done no research, everything I share are things that I have "heard from somewhere," so if you want facts, please do the research.

All the recipes you will find here have very little, if any fat.

Feel free to leave comments and questions. Just remember I am not an expert. I have simply used trial and error as my method.
